About capacity:
Professional manufacturer Assigned CID number for GPS SD memory card for nano sd card,Navigation Mazda/GPS/Maps
CID sd card/micro HC card in which you can change the CID.
The CID register is 16 bytes long and contains a unique card identification number. It is programmed during card manufacturing and cannot be changed by SD Card hosts. The CID number is a compilation of information about the card, such as manufacturer, date manufactured, checksum total, GB size and more. This is accomplished by sending a command
CMD26 PROGRAM_CID Programming of the card identification register. This command shall be issued only once. The card contains hardware to prevent this operation after the first programming. Normally this command is reserved for the manufacturer.
The Card Identification (CID) register is 128 bit wide. It contains the card identification information used during the card identification phase. Every individual flash card shall have a unique identification number.
The structure of the CID register is defined in the following table.
